This modern and contemporary building is perfect for studious, yet sociable students.
Being the largest of our residences in Spain, it boasts 505 beds in single en-suite rooms, all of which are fully furnished, with a kitchenette and lots of natural light.
Situated in the heart of the University of Barcelona South Campus, surrounded by its faculties and is walking distance from Camp Nou, the FC Barcelona football ground.
All the rooms are quite bright, spacious, fully furnished, and have a private bathroom.
There is a weekly room cleaning service, with a fresh change of sheets and towels.
Social and fun
We host socials all year round for you and your roommates to enjoy; from spiritual and cultural get-togethers to fitness events and much more.
We offer high-speed broadband and Wi-Fi as standard in all rooms, and it’s also available in our social spaces and communal areas.
There is a garden terrace to relax, read, or chill in the sun with friends.
Enjoy good films or an episode of your favourite series with friends in the soundproofed cinema room.
There are washing machines and dryers available in the building to wash your clothes.
When you feel cooped up in your room, head straight to the games room to relax playing pool or foosball, watch a film with your friends or have a FIFA tournament.

Your booking can be cancelled for free if the Visa application has been denied.
A booking can be cancelled for free if you have failed to obtain the required qualifications to get into your university of choice.

The duration of the Contract must be at least 9 months between 12:00 on the day of entry and 12:00 on the day of departure established in the Accommodation Contract. Do I need to pay a deposit? Yes, and the deposit pays part toward the Damage Deposit when due. A security deposit of €250 must be paid in advance to make a booking. This fee then forms part of the Damage Deposit of €800. A guarantor is needed to stay with us, If you have a Spain based guarantor, you can pay your rent in instalments. Alternatively, you can pay your annual rent upfront in a lump sum. We only accept full-time students of 18 yrs and older. Bed linen and towels are provided and washed once a week included in your cost.
If you sign your Tenancy Agreement on or after 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Tenancy Agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment together with any other payments of Rent you may have made.
If you sign a Tenancy Agreement for a semester 2 or 3 beginning after the 1st January 2022, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 15 November 2021 or 8 weeks before the start of your agreement whichever is the shortest. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. We can only accept full-time students. To live with us whilst studying at University, you will need to be 18 or older. We don’t allow smoking inside your residence, but you’re free to smoke outside.

The property is situated just a few minutes from Palau Reial metro station which you can use to travel as and when you want.
The bus station is also just a 4-minutes’ walk away from the residence. Make use of these public transports to visit the various tourist attractions located in the city of Barcelona.
The accommodation is placed at a strategic location, close to a wide range of bars, pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets.
Enjoy a couple of drinks with friends at the Kitty O’Sheas, an Irish pub located a few minutes away from the residence.

In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
